First of all, follow these instructions, however if you have a multi-monitor setup like myself, you might run into the problem that the game will open on the wrong monitor and hence also use a wrong resolution. Solution here is, too choose “Windowed Mode” in config.exe and install the tool Borderless Gaming, which will force opening the game in full screen on the correct monitor 🙂
