Like Ike writes, it’s now possible to send fax through Skype, thanks to the Skype Plugin PamFax.
System requirements:
Windows 2000, XP and Vista
Requires Skype for Windows 3.0 or better.
However according to PamFax:
“Currently does not work for sending faxes from U.S.A. and Canada (sending to recipients in U.S.A. and Canada does work).”
Currently does not work for sending faxes from U.S.A. and Canada (sending to recipients in U.S.A. and Canada does work)? Bad 🙁 I wonder why. Will try to find out maybe.
